Information Technology Services
At ENE Systems, Inc. we take getting it right the first time very seriously.  That's why we begin all of our customer relationships with a process we call the Technology Review. (TR)  The ENE Systems Technology Review (TR) is just what its name implies.  It is an in-depth review of your business's current information technology posture and a detailed inventory of all of your company's computer hardware and software.   At the end of the TR process the Network Engineer and Technical Analyst who organized and conducted your TR will sit with you and explain our findings to you and/or your I.T. people in plain English; completely devoid of technical jargon and endless acronyms that are meaningless to most business managers and owners.  You will also be provided with a list of specific recommendations to address any issues that are uncovered during the TR process.

What does all of this cost?  Well, obviously that will depend on the size of your company, the number of computers, servers and other physical devices and a few other factors.  However, it's important to point out that since we believe the TR process benefits both ENE and its customers, we conduct all TRs at cost.  No, that's not a typo.

We are not interested in making money on the process of acquiring the requisite knowledge to support your equipment and technical environment.  Put simply, the TR is an investment for both ENE and the customer and it's one of the biggest reasons why when your company is hit with computer and network problems and ENE Systems is your information technology service company you can be confident that we're going to get it right the first time.  Every time.  If we don't, you pay nothing.

Experience Matters

When our network engineers began conducting TRs, the Microsoft Windows operating system of the day was Windows 95 and a desktop PC with a Pentium Pro CPU running at 200Mhz and 32MB of system RAM would set you back about $4000.00.  It was 1995 and the average business PC was running a 486 DX2/66 with 4MB of system memory.  Today, most of us carry SmartPhones with the computing power of several hundred thousand of those Windows 95 computers.

Through all of it, ENE Systems has continued to guide our customers through the ever-changing technology landscape.  We've helped them leverage information technology to the greatest possible advantage for both their people and their bottom line.  For over 20 years we have continuously refined and updated the TR process to keep pace with current and emerging technologies.  Today, we use a combination of specialized network software tools, physical hardware inspections and information collected from the employees who use your company's systems every day to do their jobs.

When we complete the TR process for your company you'll receive a physical binder including:

  • Detailed inventory of all of your company's information technology assets
  • Narrative analysis of your computing environment
  • All software license keys currently deployed in your environment
  • A conceptual diagram of your LAN, WAN and any other appliances, routers, hotspots, etc.
  • All security and administrative credentials securely documented

The TR identifies technology issues requiring immediate attention and determines the amount of ongoing maintenance and support necessary to optimize the infrastructure to best support  your organization’s needs.  The TR also often uncovers opportunities for increased business inefficiency and operational improvements as well as exposing network security weaknesses.  ENE will recommend policy and procedural adjustments that can improve overall operational integrity and keep your data safe, backed up and highly available to your employees.

These TR documents could easily serve as a reference volume for any I.T. technician from any company.  But it's our hope that by the time we conclude your company's TR, we will earn your business.
